Created during the summer of 2022.

I wanted to write a song that reminded me of a special place in Oregon called Cascadia. We would go there every summer up until I left for Bellingham, WA. We still go sometimes, but only occasionally now that I live in Arlington with my wife. Cascadia is a place that brings me immense happiness. It's a place I can reset and connect with nature. When I hear this song, I can hear the river, and the sound of the trees getting pushed around by the wind. I hope to go there again soon. I miss home!
